A hidden mod is not an addition to items, it is a Mod that is only applied to a characters Rank.
It is 1% per 5 Rank levels. Wearpon / Charm for this topic at the moment.

This idea is based off of only one(1) example for now, I would love to hear other peoples input for other hidden mods.

Objective: Soften the Sneaky Shell.
... At present, everyone knows that it is best to only use Caster against this objective, and yet, it is still time consuming.
... Hidden Mod based on melee Rank 5 = 1% chance to "FIND WEAKNESS" and deal maximum damage.

Find Weakness (Hidden Mod) can deal maximum melee damage to Soften the Sneaky Shell with a melee attack.

We all know that a Guardian has 0% chance of ever completing Soften the Sneaky Shell as the game is now, but, if this was applied, not only does
a guardian have a chance, but so does any melee character... Samurai, Paladin,Headhunter as best examples.

I love it.

this works with every immune monster . Every 5 levels in a proficiency you get a higher chance to do dmg to said immunes regardless of whether they are "immune" or not . Makes perfect sense with "proficiency" as the title.

Healing chArms could be a simple chance to "heal critical"

Anything that makes it so I dont have to sit there endlessly attacking the purple vagina with tentacles because it keeps recasting immunity gets a yes from me :D

Id be happy just to know when the immunity ends on elemental immunes... I think they should have the circle overlay too

People loving the suggestion and voting yes are the same people who were so adament about fixing a bug where melee could kill sneaky if it came as goocidic.

The point is there was a way to kill sneaky with melee every once in a while and it brought no exploit or favoritism; it was just a nice little bonus and a bunch of people kept reporting it as an urgent bug that needed to be fixed.

The name of the quest is soften the sneaky shell. Yes we should be able to do more and more damage too it both melee and caster simply based on the name and necessity. Having a 1% chance every 5 ranks and some intricate system is completely unnecessary. Just make it start off with taking low amounts of damage which increases per hit for that specific quest.

Hidden Weakness is for Melee Attacks (I am assuming at this time, all weapon types)

Immune Breaker for each Element of casting charms... Fire / Lightning / Ice / Wind.
... example: You use fire charm with rank 5, you come across a fire immune or magic immune monster, you have 1% chance of breaking their immunity and dealing maximum damage.

Double Effect is for Healing type chars (I am assuming at this time, all) ... each 5 ranks, you have a 1% chance per heal to double the amount [excluded from healing abilities]
... example: If your heal on yourself or another is 154 and the 1% Double Effect is activated, it will become 308.

Those are just some ideas of where this could go, I don't want it to be too overpowering though.

I have completed sneaky on solo with melee just takes time and I assumed the armor pierce I stacked helped too.

I have done the same, but that was before they fixed the bug. Not going to spend 3+ hours just to try and kill Sneaky, it already takes 10-15 mins casting solo.
