this works with every immune monster . Every 5 levels in a proficiency you get a higher chance to do dmg to said immunes regardless of whether they are "immune" or not . Makes perfect sense with "proficiency" as the title.
Healing chArms could be a simple chance to "heal critical"
Hidden Weakness is for Melee Attacks (I am assuming at this time, all weapon types)
Immune Breaker for each Element of casting charms... Fire / Lightning / Ice / Wind.
... example: You use fire charm with rank 5, you come across a fire immune or magic immune monster, you have 1% chance of breaking their immunity and dealing maximum damage.
Double Effect is for Healing type chars (I am assuming at this time, all) ... each 5 ranks, you have a 1% chance per heal to double the amount [excluded from healing abilities]
... example: If your heal on yourself or another is 154 and the 1% Double Effect is activated, it will become 308.
Those are just some ideas of where this could go, I don't want it to be too overpowering though.
