You get Haedrig's gifts rewards after completion of chapter 2-4 in season journey
Chapter 1 - no reward - lvl 50, Norm rift, kill Ghom/Belial, do any 5 bounties, soc 5 gems in gear, rank 10 profs
Chapter 2 - Haedrig's head and hands - lvl 70, Expert rift, 60+ hard+ Urzael/Araneae, cube, fully equip follower, rank 12 profs, craft lvl 70BS item, lvl 70 jc ring/ammy, reroll property at mystic, xmog item
Chapter 3 - Haedrig's Feet + ring/belt/shoulder (depends on set) - master rift, spend @ kadala, master Kulle/Rakanoth, 1-5 bounties, extract item @ cube, craft imperial gem
Chapter 4 - Haedrig's Rest of set - T1 rift, gr20 solo, T2 skeleton king / T4 Cydaea, up yellow to legendary, reforge to add soc on wep, T4 keywardens, learn 5 BS plans, learn 5 jc plans
Couple tips:
you can of course complete season journey objectives from later chapters that are not visible yet as long as you meet the requirements
if you save bounty cache hand in for level 70 you are guaranteed to get a jc plan in each cache
you can only get one Haedrig's per season so if you like to play HC and SC choose wisely
the biggest bottle neck's are all 5 bounties, jc plans if you don't time the hand in to be at lvl 70, and gr 20 solo
Haedrig's sets for season 16 are:
Barb - IK (Haedrig's chapter 3 belt)
Crusader - Light
DH - Natalya's (Haedrig's chapter 3 ring)
Monk - Uliana
WD - Arachyr
Wiz - Vyr's
Necro - Trang
So you mean time level 70 before you speak to tyreal and receive the cache right? Or can you just sabre the cache in your inventory and open at 70?
