the to dust jewel
does the 17% reduced skelton duration make it less than 20seconds they last or more im so confused how to get my skeletons to last longer than 20seconds

Reduced duration is used with CWDT builds, that's why it exists. You can link the skill gem to INCREASED durations, and it should make it last longer than 20s.
