My cd rom is connected it reads other disk just not windows 10

Get the USB image direct from Microsoft here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Use that image to install, use the product key from the CD/DVD.

I have a USB with windows on it tried booting from USB doesn’t work. I have original windows CD doesn’t work

are you booting to cd?

is your usb mounted for boot?
