I haven't been here long, but since 99% of posts are people reposting their items and very few actual new items come up, I think it's nice to see some new stuff, even if they aren't these once-in-a-lifetime finds that some people have

Read the date posted on the post, people are bumping them to keep them up on forum ofc cause thats how a forum works. Look at the original date posted though and you wont be seeing old shit all the time. No need to see an average at best item though after playing this game for 15+ years

Upping rares increases there lvl based on the highest lvl mod and so does socketing things in them like jewel, which will add even more lvls to the item.
