I recommend simple deep blizz sorc.
Take merc a2 nm, give him eth treachery + insight in some high lvl weapon. This sorc can farm countess, andy, summoner, meph, travi, CS, pindl, baal (kinda slow if cold trash is in the Throne room)

thanks. but somehow I just don't like blizz, sometimes mis-aim. feels less safe in HC.

cm until -135 with skills (can be a bit lower until higher levels)
teleport until 1 mana cost with skills
1 es
rest ice bolt

currently using whitstans, shako, viper, other random stuff since im self found
tals set + magefist + whitstans is probably a good setup for 63fcr
for 105 fcr im really not sure trying to figure it out right now but you kinda want max block because of es
currently lvl 91 from ancient tunnels only in eu hc ladder, feels safe even without cta

also make sure to use insight merc. If you get mana burned which happens around once in 20-30 runs for me just tele away and recast es. 1 mana tele is op btw.

Full Tal Rasha (LO helm LO armor, IST weapon) setup with stormshield IST, magefists/chances, wartravellers, is so safe. Str bug to wear the storm and save some points to vita.

Then go fire/cold or cold/light. My favourite is Charged Bolts + Frozen Orb but with infy merc, if not then maybe the typical meteorb (zzz).

Vita build and don't use ES... not worth it and can be dangerous.

im also full vit+maxblock, forgot to mention
just getting 1 es/20 telekinesis and 1 mana cost tele instead of a 2nd element
