for pvp, if you're on europe you definetly want a siggard belt, no other choise rly.
on other realms, depending on your build you could use nosferatu (10 ias, 10 slow target) or dungo if you're ok with ias (don't have to explain why)
i sometimes see someone with crafted belt but i rly don't appreciate it on zon (maybe some use on telezon but whatever)
