The only way to see it is to be physically at Blizzard. They have monitors up showing the concurrent players of each of their games. That way they can see dramatic changes in player numbers that might indicate a Tech issue or major ISP outage.
You can assume it follows the usual patterns. A surge of players at the start of the Season or when there is a patch with significant changes. Things die down later in the season when people are done their Season goals. Repeat next Season. Evenings and weekends will also have more players than mid-day on a week day. That is how pretty much any game works. not sure why you posted this.
