Hell. 5 sockets on drops is earliest possible in hell. Nm restricts max sockets on dropped items to 4

Naga Ilvl 26-40 is guaranteed 5 sockets on quest or test your luck with cubing

so ilvl 41 area+
not that I know where nagas can first drop

Ok so if I get a naga from act 1 nm and soc it then it should roll 5os?

It should. Im not sure if there are lvl41+ monsters like boss minions.

You should check area ilvl before.
