i just bought a switch mainly just for smash

looking for some new good games. im not into pokemon games
games i own so far
mario odeyssey. (im enjoying this game)
smash bros ultimate (damn the best co op couch game)
mario kart 8 (disapointed in this game. the lack of options)

idk what u mean? maybe u gotta unlock more heroes/cars/etc. I only got mario kart 8 on my wii u and it's really fun but dont feel the need to get deluxe for switch.

and the new pokemon game might be cool next year but u said u dont like it

I played the new Pokemon Let's go Pikachu/Evee and it really makes pokemon a lot better. But having played original Pokemon Red it's just a remaster basically, so new pokemon coming will be even better

i loved Mario kart 64 and Mario kart 7
in the deluxe all the cc classes are unlocked mirror mode unlocked i believe all the chars are unlocked too from what i can tell from the start
i was expecting battle royal havimg more options like only having 3 balloons and no time limit etc

Splatoon is a must play on this system (even though i have to admit im trash and never play it) but i can vouch its fun

is it a bad idea to always leave the switch screen inside the console port?

other than a possibly depleting battery i dont think theres eny risks

that'd be the bad part if it somehow depletes it more

I just dont keep mine on the dock

tip: store it in a enclosed area when not in use so dust doesnt gather inside

all i can say is i kept my switch in dock all the time, and when i recently took it out, battery seemed fine
but it is possible, it has a negative effect on battery life
