First of all, i've been told that trading Blizzard balance for FG is legal, is that true?

If it is true, what is the average rate?

How do you use FG on the official forum by Blizzard Entertainment ? This virtual money only works on d2jsp.

Someone sends you Blizzard balance to your Blizzard account, and you send FG to their JSP
