brain is a weird thing, you p/c if you are unsure, but sometimes you are 100% certain the item is worthless and dont even bother
in my case i saw the card reading "queens sacrifice" and i was like "oooh, thats that shitty sword (queens decree), imma vendor this!". and i had no chance to see the filter glowing cause i got it from a stacked deck
