This problem implies your CD-keys and IP have been jailed for a total of 24 hours. All you need to do is just wait 24 hours without log to Battle.net and your Battle.net access will be restored.

So, it's wrong. Both of them have been jailed like listed above. Just take a look on the official forum by Blizzard Entertainment. I recently read something about that by an administrator on Blizzard.
