Well wouldn't it be good, to be able to skill from any character at any moment?
While you're in a mule, while you're waiting for a climb, while soloing and you find an item that suits your taste?

I know you'd love it & so do i, so lets vote for it to happen!

Not feesinle for HC though

well if its account based even if your character dies, the Account prof will stay so its a QoL update.
i'm pretty sure no ones climb whit his Skilling character on HC..

I do and have, but, I basically skilled on my mules as well during climbs. This idea was bought up before, and the obvious outcome from most
of the posts then, was; "Does that mean my Rank 20 fishing on my main and Rank 8 fishing on my mule combine to a total of 28 fishing for all
my characters? If so, yes, it maybe a bit OP but hell yes".

My vote goes with No, I am guessing a lot of people would love the fact that they can use ANY character and skill at the highest rank and still
increase it.

I’m confused as to how my proficiency lvl for “mule a” is going to increase or change if I’m muting/fishing/whatever on “mule b”.

only way for this to happen, is for highest prof on any character to be the priority in levels. You do not gain anything else, even if you have 5 toons with 50 muting on each. This game is all about not rewarding effort, so this solution fits perfectly. Now, that being said, No.

The logical thing to do would be to get the highest one from a char. A has 20 Fishing, B has 8, scrap prof B and all have A, and so on for every skill.

I'm talking about Skilling Prof which is mostly gained in town apart from evil wells for fishing.
I'm not talking about Weapons or Charms Prof.
