Baki was terrible though.... Just binged it today and the whole thing was idiotic. It was incoherent trash that was just trying wayyyyy too hard. Oh, you have a power, but I have a bigger power, oh, but I was hiding my biggest power, lets spend 10 episodes watching this guy brutally kill people with the same two tricks and then not kill him when given the chance, oh, don't worry though, someone telling him that he failed at life turned him into a child. Everyone gathered to fight one man, the strongest person alive. Hey, but what about us other guys, we're strong too? Okay, everyone ignore the guy we came here to fight, but multiple times during the show make sure to beat him easily after he's hyped up and then walk away for some reason that makes no sense. Oh, I just killed 20 cops and escaped a maximum security prison. The guy I traveled all the way to kill is right in front of me beaten and broken, but I hear a siren, better leave now, even though me and everyone else in this show is impervious to bullets. Everything about it was bad. I wanted to like it, I love martial arts stuff and I kept watching because of that alone, but it just never got going, everything about it was stupid and the ending was the worst part of the entire show.
