For hosting what? Personal website? If you pay more than $3/mo you better be getting tens of thousands of visitors a month. (or be hosting multiple websites)

Is domain name included in this price?

This. For a personal server. Domain name not included.

Then another $10-15/yr on top of that for a domain name which includes emails.

depends on needs, me personally i know how to setup everything... then worked for an hosting company. I really just get a VPS, and setup everything myself. if ur not that good find a decent provider with cpanel make shit ezpz.

you do not need to get SSL any more just use letsencypt free SSL and it shows green for all browsers. or even use cloudflares SSLs.

hosting companies are difficult try not to get a resell company as they will be limited much more than the main company. If you need help LMK requirements :D

i really dnt need cpanel, since i know how to do everything via conf files  call me old fashion but atless I know how the shit is setup and done correctly.

httpd/apache2/nginx

vhosting for multi websites on 1 vps, hosting for 1 website on 1vps, if u want to be semi lazy and dnt wanna pay for cpanel trying webmin  much more control, with a semi UE GUI.
