Any car savvy people in here?

I was on my way to work today and the climate control fan in my car literally seemed to die. No matter what speed setting I put it on, it does not react. I put my hands on the vent and it felt like there was very little air coming through the vents.

I was wondering if this is something I can fix by doing it myself? Where would I even begin to look to rule out issues?

Get your owners manual out and look for fuses :)

just a dumb thought... Any chance it is the button that is broken? :) Some of those plastic ones tend to break and doesn't manage to roll the metallic ...thing...

I had the same thing, it was the button itself, something inside broke, I replaced it and it was good

I dont think its the button. I can see the fan speed reflecting on the lil LCD screen on the control.

FYI it's an Acura TSX btw, its 04. I think maybe a fuse, or maybe the motor that maybe burned out ? Not quite sure tbh. but i am gonna try some things when i get off work

I bet it's the fuse. If it's not, you can bypass the switch to make sure it's not the fan itself.
