Those are definitely real, I’ve seen em before from importers. Myself I saw a max 5 light res sc

Decent, but not exactly a trophy. You'll need a good prefix (+5 max fire res), and then you get a 50% chance of getting 2OS when you take it to Larzuk. Add two Vex runes and you'll have a 10/10 small charm with +20% max fire res.
