Best one for bowa is 120/45 30frw in most builds. How are getting ias bp with 2s circ?

For pvm, use faith gmb + strafe = nn 10000% ias.

i was thinking this too. i tested my faith gmb, foi gmb, and faith diamond and i think strafe isn't affected by ias? so harder hitting slow is good.

I was like you for a long time, thinking as long as i fire fast, i'm doing big damage. I was using matriarchal bow for faith for a long time. But once i switched to gmb, i'm not going back. You're doing around 20% more damage is my perception. Mb = 33.5 avg dmg. Gmb = 43 avg dmg. That is actually about 30% more avg dmg.

The only reason to use matriarchal, is that you can hit the 7 fpa breakpoint with only 45% ias, which allows for a lot of experimentation with your gear, if that is what you want to do. But if you want maximum damage output, as far as i can perceive, grand matron bow is the strongest.

I don't understand why people choose to use shadow bow and these elite bows either. Missing out on the +3 to bow and crossbow skills seems like a big loss to me. Maybe it's not. But they all do lower avg dmg than grand matron bow. Maybe it's also to have the option to stick it on an act 1 merc if that is a wish.
