is there a way to run this game in desktop mode, where you can press the taskbar key and it will be there, instead of like it alt-tabbing, and switched over, which is like a second of delay

i dont remember if i had this game or d3 working like that before, but any know how to do it?

If you want to play d2 with a large window that takes your entire screen, just add -nofixpaspect after the -w (for windowed mode).

I understood that you want full screen (but to fast/instant alt tab ), maybe ?
if so, u need same resolution in desktop and in game (d2 max res. is 800x600) but u need also the same refresh rate (measured in hertz )
