What determines this?

A coding munk who has lived their life in a cave on a mountain in Italy. They also use Linux as their OS. All coding munks use Linux.

the skills that are seen overpowered (most likely in a duel) arent available on the left side
example: strongly fhr stealing skill on the left side, attack skill on the right side

can you tell which are which before u put skill points in?

Just use your other finger

Most of them are utility spells like summons, auras, teleport, mindblast, telekinesis, enchant, cold armors, blade shield, armageddon and so on are right click only because they're secondary effects

Almost all "combat" spells except maybe a couple nextdelay spells (I think meteor and hydra are right click only?) are left and right click
