So when ladder resets for east/soft core, will prices in non ladder for items get lower? I mean because of the ladder items moving to non ladder.

yes. there is a FLOOD of items that most people dont want to deal with. u can generally get stuff at bottom dollar.

and there are of course idiots who dont realize shit is already worth like 25% of what it was on ladder anyways, so they try to sell shit for way too much and it ends up rotting on a mule.
