What's this all about? I don't think i've heard of those quests being bugged.

anya bug afaik was about the resists bonuses disappearing after rip … but I guess the char. screen showed the bonuses but realistically they did not work anymore

this was an issue on softcore for PvPers
so;

after rip, they just had to rejoin the game.

hardcore players had no tangent with this , since they only rip just once

They might be talking about finishing the quests via packet manipulation. (0x31?) But idk. what that would have to do with tombs so maybe its something else.

Anya bug is fixed, but if you died before, you lost the anja resistance bonus.

Book, bird bug is a bug where you can get a free quest by sending a packet. No need to do the quest (act3)

Not hard. Just that you have to use mods
And its detectable when you send packet manually and have no clue what your doing.
