There was this really old anime I watched when I was five, two giant like moving city tank giant round robots were ramming each other out in a desert area, while some guy or girl was racing to get this rocket launcher that could end the world in one shot? Haunts me to this day I have no idea what the name of that anime was but I still have the memory of it.

Reminds me of the bug queen sucking the brains out of soldiers in Starship Troopers.
