I want to build a PC that can do the following:
Emulate consoles such as PS2, PS1, Xbox, Gamecube, Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Super Nintendo
Play Blu Ray Disc
Function as my home theater

Must have:
Wifi
4USB Ports (prefer 6+)
Small Computer Case, preferably the size of a console if possible. Definitely smaller then mid size tower

Budget: $Less then $500$
More specific use (what games, what programs): emulating old consoles and watching blu rays
Planned time until purchase: ASAP
Do you need an Operating System?: No
Do you have any specific preferred components?: No
Do you need a sound or wireless card?: No
Do you want stock cooling or do you plan on overclocking?: No
Do you need a monitor? mouse? keyboard?: No
Zip code/location? (Shipping costs): USA 91730

I would like newegg/amazon, can go to microcenter

A raspberry pi build might be better then a pc.
It would take some effort to have it set up proper but will be cheap.
I think an intel stick would also be a great option for windows use.

Just get a usb blueray player for it and load up your emulators and be good to go.

i dont think those intel atom or core m cpu's can handle xbox and gamecube games tbh, also he asked for 6 usb ports (probably for controllers)

nn 2400g for ur purpose, even 2200g is overkill with 8gb ram.

Base Total: $469.19
Shipping: $10.50
Total: $479.69
or https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yjX2nH

use external blu ray drive or change case that allows the housing.

And no integrated wifi
