I have a fresh installed pc and this happens sometimes

what's your pc specs?

i'm reading it could be either your internet, or a multitude of factors centered around your gpu, including differences in refresh rates of your gpu and monitor.

this was never a problem only after i formatted the pc
might be missing some drivers maybe?

quite a few youtube videos mention having to manually set the video quality to 360p or 1080p. it seems a lot of people are or were having a similar issue and this was the only fix.
so try that and let us know.

what browser are you using?

this is blue for me



I'm using chrome
lowering the quality of the video helps but not the solution i want :/

then make it grey
