Not sure what you are going to accomplish in doing long term fasting that you couldn't accomplish in doing intermittent fasting. You could even do a long stretch IF of 20/4 or 22/2 if you wanted to. That way you could at least fulfill the caloric needs of your BMR to prevent damaging your health.

Gosh damn if I were you I would go the other way and bulk like asap. You are literally the size of an 8th grader

Yeah unfortunately we don't get to pick and choose the genes we are passed through our parents. Mother is 4'11 and Father is 6'3 LOL
I was born premature 1lb 9oz, I can handle myself quite well i'm athletic along with a year of ju-jujitsu.
Never got my BMI taken but it's quite low, i can bench more than my body weight been focusing on the legs / glutes
I prefer being toned over bulky, i'm a sleeper or wolf in sheeps clothing if you know what i'm saying but thanks for your concern rat :love:

nothing wrong with being 5'8.. only 3 inches taller than you. i think hes talking about how you're 140 lbs though.
if i was 140lbs i wouldn't be fasting even at 5'8.

All the little guys prefer "toned" over big. Short and bulky looks retarded lol.

Yeah I kinda figured it was obvious I was talking about the 140lbs part lol.

BJJ was developed to help the smaller man vs bigger man in a fight yes, but I mean 140lbs is really really light.
