That's over a year old, lasted less than a couple days, and only affected specific systems.

it's also a useless program especially if you're using an ssd for your system drive which everyone should be at this point.

malwarebytes i stopped using because i got kinda sketched out by how it would leave services and processes running even after I turned it off. It's not necessary, anyway.

and the article just proves that ever extraneous program you install introduces a new vulnerability that could be exploited. Keep the unnecessary junk to an absolute minimum, ideally 0

sounds good to me, its expensive to, 80 bucks a year most spots
