Looking to upgrade, would like to stay around $300-400

just interested in best combo deals

I will pay fg to whoever can get me the cheapest/best combo and I'm really open to anything

If the RAM you have now is DDR3 RAM, then you will need new RAM also. All the newer motherboards use DDR4 RAM.

The 1060 is a bit faster, and I always use boards that don't need a BIOS update. Lastly, I only recommend RAM that Gskill or whoever, has tested to be compatible.

With the driver updates AMD has put out, the 580 actually pulls ahead of the 1060 on average not by a large margain, they more or less trade blows, but at $40 cheaper it makes it a way better bang for the buck. Reference hardware unboxed rx 590 review.
