I have an account and every time I try to login it tells me its an incorrect password. So I go through the process and change the password and then it tells me again that its wrong. I have been doing this for the past two days and every time it tells me the password is wrong. I am certain I am putting in the correct password each time as I literally change it and then retype it in and it says wrong. How do I access my account?

Yes, it asks me to change this as well and I am. Change both and then put both new ones in. (again i'm certain they are correct)

Hmm. You will need access to the registered email and request a password reset. The password reset link is not instant I dont think.

The only way to insta reset password is currently be logged in.

Hmm maybe thats the problem. I assumed it was instant. I had been doing it through the email. Any idea how long it takes to change?

it's instant when you click the link from the email
