make the game good? I think the community could do something.. definitely could do something better than blizzard have themselves.

depends how far you could mod it.

like if you could mod it so that it's like a diablo game then that would fix it but the amount of effort for that is too much you might as well go write something for poe

no bt like reset said if they allowed you to mod it far enough then yes but you would be better off just making a new game if you had the talent.
