it think it could work, I know that in the ESO (Elder scrolls topic) we can buy "crowns" with FG. Crowns are a currency only bought with real money and you can gift items from the crown store to players.

Ye I've seen people doing similar stuff in the Fortnite section, it seems like certain things are already allowed.

I see no reason why not since other gifting services are present.

If the process for sending gifts are handled in the same way as Battle.net & Steam I don't see why not.

Steam has more harsh rules to "non-limited" accounts and battle.net require to be friends with the user for 3days.
(and obv you can't trade/gift codes for either)

You didn't mentioned gifting Xbox Live Gold or Xbox Game Pass.
idk about those policies or rules, can't be bothered to research - But we are allowed to sell WoW Game time + Dota+ subscriptions (Steam & Battle.net trades)
But those have more harsh rules than Microsoft -- so.. idk.

Yes I assumed that game pass and/or gold memberships would be included as these are also gift able. If you take a look through the links in my original post you can see it's pretty straight forward.

Sorry we will not be allowing this.

When you send a gift it also sends the redemption code to the gifter. We have no way of knowing who actually redeemed the code. This is the exact reason why we don't allow such trades in the blizzard store for d2 and wc.
