you will have to hold it for a whil.e
when you start the mute hold trasnmute until volatility gets about 3/4 of the way full. then switch to holding stabilize until volatility gets to below 20. then go back to holding transmute. go back and forth. dont let the volatility bar fill all the way up or you will lose it.

what item lvl AND magic level item you try to transmute?

Yeah I kinda have gathered this now lol like the affix number on the left side doesn't seem to matter but the right side item level does. Like 1 is super easy obviously, 2 I'm not sure if I have done or not, but 3 there's no chance

The affix on left maters as well. But yeah the tier on right is the biggest part. I’ll see if I can find a chart

Which number is the left and right on this chart? I assume the 35 to 69 is my char level?

Level 0-34 and 35-69 is transmutting level.
THre min and max columns represent the min item level and tier to get XP from it; and the maximum highest level and tier possible to transmute.


Transmutting has nothing to do with character level.
