ENjoying the heck out of 13 atm hit chapter 8 trying to avoid the story as much as possible now

So im on chapter 11 atm i'm pretty sure. Maybe 12 i just finished the bathalmew fight in oerba and waiting to go to cocoon until i finish the trials

Did you have any trouble with barthandelus fight when he looks like a shell/slugs?

Thst fight for some reason was the hardest shit for me. Like in ff15 the adamaantoise was easier. I just dunno that dude made me quit playing for like 1 year.

I think i lucked out on both his fights tbh. I had a pretty proper sab/com/syn going into the fights so while they were like fricking 10 minute fights or whatever i never had too much trouble with it. Keep your synergist always going to keep buffs up basically swap the sab to medic as neeeded and wail on him with your buffed com/rav whenever you feel safe enough to do 1-2 full bars off to get his stagger up. Think i ended up staggering him 4 times that fight before he finally died. An insta stagger setup would have probably been good with how much your going to hit him during the fight

I kept getting Doom'd so the fight would end because I didnt kill quick enough. Like fuck this shit!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly, that fight is the reason I play my 100+ hour file instead of playing another playthrough lol.

overall 8,5/10 game imo

Finshed 13 then? I def think it was a lot better than all the shit people gave it. And honestly I enjoyed 13-2 and Lightning Returns more. So I would def say check those out.
