I think it lacks perf (30%) ed to be 10/10,
but this combination of useful stats incl. perf attributes ranks it still very high
among jewels found at least this season :rolleyes:

the perfect version has always been considered an high end standard item.
Still the 73099 has always been duped.

i give it 8/10 due to being legit (higher ed would have been 9, perf would have been ten)

With 20 ed it's barely worth using on nl even without dupes

A 7 fhr/30 Ed/9 dex jewel with no fourth affix would add more damage
