Try increasing your use of eggs, beans, seeds, frozen fruits and vegetables, cheaper cuts of meat and whole grains. These all taste great, are cheap (especially in bulk) and very nutritious. vertical diets about as cheap as it gets. rice. ground beef. chicken broth. add spinach and peppers. eat 2-6 of those a day. eggs for breakfast with some toast (not sure toast is included in it but who gives a fuck). Oranges or orange juice. its pretty basic. the meals are simple so you can figure out your macros etc. fairly easily. you can add more to each meal or add another meal entirely when increasing calories. same for reduction of calories. you literally need like six fucking things.
