I want be always fit. But I cat it well. Because nutrition and diet is most important for being fit always. Maintain perfect diet and nutrition is very expensive. Can anybody tell me how make a perfect and actual low budget nutrition and diet plan?

ussualy its proteins that cost the most. here are some cheap options: eggs, peanut butter, ham, (porc in general is cheap) leguminous (home made humus is great and very cheap compared bought ones) whey protein powder from MyProtein is cheap if buy bulk on sale, soy derived products, quinoa, canned tuna, seeds (pumpkin, hemp, flax)
other meats like chicken beef and fish when on sale
dont eat to white product from processed cereal like white bread and white rice those are bad for the line like any simple carbs unless you do high intensity training after eating them. go for plain and brown options
try to eat vegs and fruits as much as possible, take multis if you know you arent eating enought or if you're scared to not have all your body needs from what you eat
ofc if you dont cook alot its good to learn you save alot of money that way

He said cheap, not gay.
Chicken breast, lean ground beef, veggies, sweet potato, white rice.
It’s not hard to eat cheap, it is hard to be consistent
