I used to be a line cook and one time during rush hour, i had to take a shit badly. My ex boss used to help out cook when it was busy and that day, in the middle of everybody moving concentrated, I was like "Jon, I need to go take a shit" he was like "hurry the fuck up" LOL true story

1) In time, you learn to psychologically prepare for work just like any other business, and do your .. business before the work starts.

2) If it is an emergency, there's nothing much else to do about it than to tell the team you have to run and be back as fast as you can. Typically you set aside the food you're cooking.

You also learn to eat food that "hardens" your stomach.


When I was working as a stone mason, usually we worked in homes and places which was under construction and lavatories and toilets were not installed yet, tiling baths and such. So I had to learn to hold it for a good 9-11 hours every working day.

I personally think that toilets should be a human right, also during working hours. It messes with your concentration.

But that was also because my boss was a psycho and would never allow time to be spent on such "minor and insignificant details".

sometimes i voluntarily hold my poop in for hours just becuz i can't be bothered going to the toilet, u just need to get good

obviously the solution to the diarrhoea thing if u get it often is to carry emergency anti diarrhoea tabs with u
