I was in the middle of making food when I had to rush off to the bathroom for a SEAL Team 6 water infiltration.

How do professional cooks do it? I couldn't imagine working on someone's order when all of a sudden nature calls and you have to use the restroom for a few good 20 minutes.

What do surgeons do if they get the runs?! O.O

After a while you learn to hold it. When a rush happens in a restaurant you really have to keep yourself together and not let it overcome you. Don't think about it and power through.

Sheesh! 50k pounds of meat!!! That's horrible!! Damn what a waste of food over a little piss. I hope they fed it to something and didn't dump it in the landfill.

Ha. I couldn't hold it yesterday. It came out of nowhere and threatened to explode in the kitchen. I took my pot off the burner and ran like Forest Gump before I detonated a doodoo claymore. Luckily I was only cooking grits but they turned out like crap since I couldn't keep stirring them.
