I have an Audi S5 and I cracked my wheel. I have replaced it but now I'm wondering what to do with it? Do people buy cracked wheels??

best bet is to find somewhere nearby and see if it can be repaired and for how much. if price is reasonable have it fixed and keep as a full size spare imo

Fix for a full sized spare. It'll come in handy, especially if its the same size as all your other wheels and you're anything other than stock height.

Hey repairing it and using it as a spare is actually a good idea... But my car already has a spare (the doughnut/compact size). I don't even know if I could fit a spare original size in the same compartment either? (I run 255/35/19).
What would be the benefit would you guys say of using a full size spare versus the compact spare?? I think over long term it can affect the differential/AWD system, but I can't possibly see myself driving on the spare long IF anything were to happen.

yeah I run the same size all around (thankfully. helps with rotations every 5k miles)

It just depends on your actual setup and the size of your spare. I always have a full size rim in my trunk and modded my trunks to fit it.

Most of my cars run 20x10.5 squared or 19/20x9.5 by 11 staggered. I HAVE to have the same size and fitment because I'm lowered on bags. So my alignment and toe is set to a certain height for riding. same for any cars that are lowered.
