since im new to poe and is now around level 20
i saw you could make an uniqe item with the vendors.
As im a ranger i wanted to make Hyrri's Bite
I got 1× white Sharktooth Arrow Quiver, 1× rare Onyx Amulet and 1× Orb of Chance
But i cant get 1× Rain of Arrows gem with at least 1% quality. I can buy the gem, but then its not with any quality. Can anyone help me what to do, so i can get at least 1% quality on it ?
Or are this item only for an alt char ?

You could use a GCP (gemcutters prism) on rain of arrows to make it 1% quality.

but how do i do it ? I started playing it last night and used about 5 hours in game.

Find a gcp from monsters right click on it and apply it to the gem?

Just keep going forward until you can afford to trade for the items you need.
If you're ssf btw, then do the same but without trading.
