idk - if someone has an ES molten strike based build it'd be super valuable to them - but that's probably a super niche build

there is a HOWA MS build.

not sure of value on helm though

CI Howa is very in the meta right now...

Occultist, Jugg, Guardian, and Scion versions.

the base itself is like 45 ex; this is 359 es w/ 2x t1 res and t1 int, it might even be mirror tier; def 100 ex+

mirror worthy. make a thread on the official forums. Howa Es is a common delve build.

All its mods are t1, perfect prefixes, godly t1 int roll, 2x t1 res.
the only thing which could be better for some builds would be something like dense/scorched fossil or accuracy suffix instead of resistance
