Jesus christ is this game free?

Yeah man high tier planes takes long to get in f2p tho, but rankI-II-III-IV is doable and before rankIV is quite fast as well. I go f2p and have a few jets tho..4 and a couple more coming, but I've played quite a lot too.

How high a tier do I need to just dive into someone else? Do you respawn or is there some sort of penalty?

No penalty, but u get no research points/kill award for taking someone down like that...You can fly around like a kamikaze pilot on the first 1.0 reserve planes, they're all slow but it works.

In arcade u have 3 planes to spawn in as base. (maybe 2 on some nations before a third is researched) Slots can go up to 11 I think. My max is 9 crew slots, which is plenty, rarely use up that many planes but it's good to have some extra, or a mix of bomb planes & fighters depending on what map it is...

U can have backups on planes too. (1 per plane/match) but i only use backups if i really wanna win a match for some reason...(if a wager is made or something like that, that gives bonus cash or even premium currency)

In realistic u have 1 plane with u into battle only.

In simulator one can spawn in more, but the plane costs some to bring in.

If you want to do this and play as infantry too there's Heroes and Generals and it's free to play as well.

Looked at some videos, actually seemed nice but think wt beats it. Have u tried both?

Ok. Well boats were taken down again. Something unknown to the players had to be fixed however...Some exploit or bug or something. Probably back up tomorrow.

Had a blast in a realistic match today tho, and a bunch of low tier/rating arcade fights on my Japanese planes.

+ a couple of realistic tank matches at low rating (1.3) - in realistic tanks btw one can bring in some airplanes in the lineup as well. But in order to fly a plane in a match one has to get some "spawn points" first.

Wish I had coins to pay people to try from my invite right now but i can't xD saving up for a war thunder vehicle =)

it's free to download from warthunder.com tho or if someone wanna help me out (i can give u something for it later when i have) - try it out from my invite link...But I do ok in freetoplay too, just some extra crew exp points or something that can be attained from refs...
