have you seen the leadership in China, they are communist and Xi Jinping might as well be an 'emperor' he intends to continue leading China as long as he possibly can. If someone were to demolish a large percentage of the Chinese population / territory I do not see him hesitating in saying screw it if they're gonna kill us we will kill everybody.

Democrats do that everyday.

We have no reason to attack anyone and war should be avoided. The obvious point is the US would obliterate any country on this lovely planet if they went all in.

So would Russia or China, that's the issue here.
Even Israel has enough power to destroy the planet.
You do not attack a nuclear power, period.
And if you did go all in on any country for a dumb reason like debt dumping you would be fighting all of its allies and most of its us citizens..
