What fhr breakpoint are you aiming?

Hit recovery is not the same as cast rate.
There’s the 86 fhr bp most go for, but also the 142 breakpoint
Boots play a role in that. Also you’re fire stack setup makes a decision here. If you have a circ for +5% runes fine if not you need infernos for that.

sorry i read it wrong. the 86%fhr was the breakpoint where i wanted to get 14fhr from helm and 55% from spirit

You going ES or Vita?

ES = Crafted max mana / +mana probably

200fc is mostly for SvS so Vita >

I'd only consider these along side a crafted caster belt with FHR, Spirit, and a 7fhr jewel for 86fhr (but I still don't recommend). Otherwise, you'd need FHR charms to hit 86 unless using dual spirits. But if you're using dual Spirits, you might as well go for 142fhr, but you'll need FHR charms, ultimately leading to lost opportunities for more life. Sure, you could use a combination of Shaels and 7fhrs, but then you're still missing the opportunity you'd otherwise have to use something like a 20life / 15@res in third armor socket if you had 08s instead.

15-20STR (translates into 30-40 life, less clicks in STR to wear spirit)

No FHR charms needed for 86fhr or 142fhr, so all charms will be lifers. Third armor slot left open for whatever you want; 20life / 15@, 9str jewel if needed, etc.

If only going for 86fhr, the two above are solid options as well. Either one of these, Spirit, and 3x 7fhr variant jewels (two in circ, one in Vipermagi) gets you exactly 86. You could also combined these with a crafted caster/fhr belt, completely removing the need for 7fhr jewels in your four available gear sockets. 4x 20/15s (80life / 60@res), 9str variants, etc... Whatever you want.

I'd recommend 200fcr / 142fhr build (142 is amazing), using an 08 boot, if you can afford. It is possible to build with Aldurs without clicking STR, but you'd be harder pressed to find high stat near perfect base STR modded items. As far as I can tell, Aldurs should be your last choice between the four options above. If you want to be effective vs everything, I'd reccomend 105/142 for a fire build.
