See if there are any used 6600/6700s in your area and if 200ish, snag that imo

Then buy a used 1060 6gb or 1070

/e one other thing to make sure of, if you're ram supports higher speeds/tighter timings, enable XMP in the BIOS settings.

your cpu should be fine for poe, sounds/looks like a gpu problem

if u google it u can see more people having issues with poe on amd gpu

thanks for this, im gonna try some of the recommended settings in there.. if it doesn't work i guess i'll get a new gpu
