should maps be used on high levels or just when found?

found map with the following.
+10 evil presences
+1 rooms
+66% warm light
+20% stealth

They have tier levels to them and max level mbs that can spawn.

What level is it? Patch / Rawhide / Tanned etc?

Anyway, BLC posted info on the maps, as for your question, I do maps 5 levels below cap (depends on level of map), if you use Higher level character compared to the cap, the drops reduce, so it is actually less productive.

anything passed around lvl 45+ you can start from the lowest level if soloing. I could not complete a lvl 50 map before hitting the cap.
