what would be your staple dish? something to make after a hard day's work that you won't get bored of if you have it a couple times a week.

for me it'd probably be some kind of tofu stir fry. get the marinade going on the tofu in the morning so it's full of flavour by the time i get home. chuck it in a pan with some other bullshit, crack open a beer and feel superior to disgusting meat eating pigs.

ez to do, get normal toast, put a bit ketchup on top and a slice of chesse on top and bake it for like 5 mins so the chesse is starting to melt a little ez money~ ^^,
