I prefer the political balance with pragmatic people that have integrity

I think the Republicans could use a little more political humanity like they are capable of locally

I think the Democrats could use a little more humanity locally that they show politically

Big supporter of balance and compromise for the people and I don't think either party have a monopoly on that nor do they show it often enough

I don't think we have as much of a party issue as a extreme tribalism issue that leads to a hostile unproductive environment that gets so nasty the fight isn't even based in fact it's battles of the boogey(wo)men

democrats didnt sign daca because reaching compromise with the president hurts them, they dont give a fuck about the illegals this might have helped, you know - those who they pretend to care so deeply about while their governed cities lie in ruins
