Hoz is more damage
More damage = more life stolen per hit

Exile is (feanur is have a stroke when I say this) safer on builds that don't use wand.

Grief beats lw on perfect setups but lw beats grief on cheap setups
The obvious problem with that is that lw costs so much that it makes no sense to use it on a budget setup

So you guys would say one source of life tap isn't enough? I've only actually used lifetap wands on super budget smiters. Past smiters (and well most melee builds I've uberd) has done fine with 1 source.

with 1 source of lt there's a small chance that life tap doesn't proc soon enough. With 2 sources there's a much smaller chance.
here's the case against exile tho:
If, for you, exile is expensive, then buying exile isn't worth it;
if, for you, exile isn't expensive, then your UT smiter should be solid enough to not have to worry and you can use hoz and be faster

Grief + fanatism already reach max ias bp, highlord is useless and your gloves are too. I wouldnt use tgod either but w/e. Fort is the best to kill fast enigma is the best if you farm organs since you can tele to boss

fort more dmg- enigma switch if u have to get organs yourself
I don't think hl gets u to a new ias bp- maras and others are better

Dracs have such a low cast chance that I still want wand or a second source, especially on hardcore

You lose more damage by going lw over grief than you do by going exile over hoz

I also want to mention that there's one user who swears astreon has faster clear speed than grief in ubers but I haven't tested it yet. Been putting it off because my only uber chars are on hardcore right now

Also your build has no open wounds please fix that

The ubers heal something like 6000 hp per second if you don't make them bleed
